The company has achieved record revenue growth and a unicorn valuation, serving millions of customers with credit-building solutions, liquidity access, and savings products. The Affiliate Marketing Associate will be a hybrid digital marketing strategist and data analyst, serving as the primary point of contact for Kikoff's affiliate partner network. This role combines relationship management, campaign optimization, and performance analytics to drive new user acquisition and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: **Affiliate Relationship Management:** Act as the main point of contact for assigned affiliate partners, fostering collaborative relationships. Communicate regularly to understand partner needs, provide support, and address concerns. Serve as liaison between affiliates and internal teams on goals, promotions, and campaign strategies. Manage partner inquiries and draft compelling recruitment pitches and newsletters. **Campaign Management & Optimization:** Work with partners to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and identify optimization opportunities. Present strategic guidance and recommendations to help partners maximize performance. **Performance Tracking & Reporting:** Track key metrics (clicks, conversions, revenue) generated by affiliate partners. Prepare regular reports (weekly/monthly) on program performance for internal stakeholders and affiliates. Synthesize campaign learnings and share insights with cross-functional teams. **Growth Contribution:** Champion Kikoff's products, contribute to user acquisition goals through account management and upselling, and consistently achieve monthly acquisition targets. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of affiliate marketing, account management, or related experience (affiliate agency background a plus). Required skills include strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, excellent communication and writing abilities, analytical mindset with data interpretation skills, proficiency with affiliate tracking platforms (Impact, Appsflyer), Excel/Google Sheets expertise, and familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Amplitude). Experience with DTC, subscription models, or fintech is advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
