Diligent is hiring Advisory Specialists I for its Professional Services team, supporting customers across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. This role focuses on delivering professional services solutions throughout the customer lifecycle, with emphasis on GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) and audit product implementations.
Key responsibilities include executing managed services requests, serving as a subject matter expert on Diligent's solutions, and collaborating with internal teams (PS management, customer success, sales, product) to ensure successful delivery and exceptional client experiences. You will work directly with clients to understand their program goals and data processes, configure and implement Diligent products using established methodologies, and provide guidance on best practices for solution rollout and project execution.
The role requires building confidence to lead implementation processes end-to-end independently, including direct customer engagement. Required qualifications include 12+ months of relevant experience in consulting, professional services, SaaS implementation, customer success, or related client-facing roles. You must have a customer-first mindset, strong written and verbal English communication skills, and the ability to learn GRC disciplines (governance, risk, audit, compliance, internal controls, information security). Collaboration skills with both internal teams and customers are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with GRC and/or analytics tools, platform-based product experience, an undergraduate degree in relevant areas (Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting, Compliance, Legal & Ethics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Security, or MIS), and relevant professional GRC accreditations (CIA, CA, CGA, CMA, CPA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, CISSP).
