Salary: USD 118,500 - 183,675 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant for its Intelligent Automation team—a hands-on role at the intersection of cutting-edge AI and enterprise customer outcomes. You will partner with field teams to design, demonstrate, and prove the value of ServiceNow's AI platform to customers.
In this role, you will conduct discovery sessions to understand customer environments, business challenges, and constraints. You'll design and build proof-of-concept solutions that showcase the power of the platform, bringing AI, data, and workflow together. You'll lead workshops and demonstrations for C-level executives and business stakeholders, iterate quickly based on evolving capabilities and customer feedback, and work cross-functionally with product, engineering, customer excellence, and global solution consulting teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You are technically curious and innovation-driven, with a passion for AI, data, and workflow. You've built multiple use cases on the platform and enjoy experimenting with AI daily. You thrive in fast-paced environments, bring executive presence (having presented to C-suite stakeholders), and possess both technical depth and consultative instincts. You're resilient in ambiguity and want to help shape an AI-native solution consulting organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in technical consulting, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical roles
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies; self-driven learning with a track record of staying ahead of trends
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI data-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Strong technical background in data engineering with hands-on experience in data ingestion tools, ETL processes, data modeling, storage solutions, and analytics platforms
- Ability to architect and implement complex systems under tight deadlines
- Deep familiarity with integration technologies, including REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, streaming data platforms, and middleware technologies
- Working knowledge of software development practices and proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Angular JS, React JS, HTML5, CSS, SQL, Python, or equivalent
- Proven ability to work across functions and build rapid solutions in a team environment
- Clarity in explaining ideas and experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders
- Thrives in ambiguity and fast iteration
- Exposure to additional technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Generative AI, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Process Mining, and CI/CD practices is a plus
