ServiceNow is hiring an Advisory Solution Consultant for Integrated Risk Management (IRM) to serve as a hands-on presales expert capable of developing and positioning solutions to enterprise customers. This role bridges sales and product, providing solution leadership during customer engagements and supporting the acquisition and retention of customers leveraging ServiceNow's IRM and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating innovative solutions using ServiceNow's Integrated Risk Management platform
- Analyzing customer business processes and translating them into pain points and solution opportunities
- Responding to technical and functional questions about ServiceNow IRM solutions
- Providing lessons learned, strategies, and best practices to enhance customer risk management programs
- Developing and contributing to sales campaigns focused on IRM and GRC solutions
- Building and maintaining a showcase of IRM solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Enabling other Solution Consultants to demonstrate IRM value through training and enablement programs
- Configuring solution environments to address specific customer requirements and business challenges
- Collaborating with Product Management and Development teams to identify and advocate for product enhancements
- Sharing best practices across the Solution Consultant team to improve quality and efficiency
- Staying current on competitive landscape and ServiceNow's differentiators
- Supporting marketing events including user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, and webinars
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on deep technical and functional expertise in risk and compliance domains, with responsibility for mentoring peers and influencing product direction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in Integrated Risk Management or Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) solutions and programs
- Work experience or strong understanding of risk management, policy & compliance management, business continuity, crisis planning, disaster recovery, vendor risk/third-party supply chain management, privacy management, and regulatory change management
- Strong working knowledge of GRC processes and solutions such as Archer, MetricStream, IBM OpenPages, or OneTrust
- Experience with regulatory compliance for vertical-specific requirements within financial services
- Ability to architect and effectively communicate solutions to business challenges
- Experience working in large government or corporate enterprise environments
- Understanding of business and technical problems addressed by GRC products, including applicable regulations, business drivers, and evolving business needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training plus 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills; self-directed and independent
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
