As Advisor Marketing Manager, you'll own the marketing strategy for how Farther's advisors build their personal brands and grow their books of business. This is a senior individual-contributor role with a clear path to building and leading a team as the company scales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute advisor marketing strategy, partnering directly with advisors on personal branding and business development
- Create repeatable, scalable marketing programs and playbooks (social calendars, campaign templates, event frameworks)
- Own editorial and content strategy across digital channels, ensuring consistent brand voice
- Lead planning and execution of flagship events from strategy through follow-up
- Track marketing effectiveness using data to optimize initiatives
- Manage agency/freelance partners and marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Webflow)
- Mentor junior marketing team members with opportunity to formally manage as the function grows
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Compliance, and Design on integrated campaigns
Ideal candidates have 5-7+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or marketing agencies. You should have a track record of building marketing programs from scratch, experience mentoring others, strong copywriting skills for complex financial concepts, and proficiency with marketing analytics. Experience with HubSpot, Webflow, and compliance considerations in regulated industries is strongly preferred.
