Coupa Software is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Revenue Operations team in Bogotá. You will be a key driver of the order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service throughout the revenue cycle.
In this role, you will manage complex order workflows, resolve escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless order execution. Your responsibilities will include processing accounts receivable transactions, reconciling accounts, managing collections, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will serve as a liaison between internal teams and customers, addressing payment issues and ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
