Salary: USD 100,000 - 125,000 / annual
Rokt is a hyper-growth ecommerce leader that powers billions of transactions globally using AI and real-time relevance technology. We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support the management of our trade receivables across regions, products, and customers.
In this role, you will own day-to-day collections activities to ensure timely cash collection, accurate AR records, and positive customer experiences. You will work closely with customers, go-to-market teams, billing, cash applications, and other internal teams to resolve issues, follow up on balances, and provide business insights that improve our processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the end-to-end AR and collections process to ensure timely cash collection and strong working capital management
- Performing collections activities such as sending statements, following up on overdue invoices, documenting customer communications, and escalating risks or disputes as needed
- Partnering with Billing, Cash Applications, and GTM teams to resolve billing queries and disputes while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Assisting with month-end close and reporting activities related to AR, including reconciliations, bad debt provision support, audit requests, and AR aging/collections reporting
- Identifying and driving process and system improvements such as automation, dunning workflows, and collections tools while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
You bring strong communication skills and are comfortable having firm but constructive conversations with customers and internal stakeholders. You have high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You have a foundational understanding of accounting concepts including AR recognition basics and bad debt provisioning. You are interested in AI and automation, comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, and know when to escalate issues or seek guidance.
