Re:Build Manufacturing is revitalizing America's manufacturing base by operating an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform serving aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy, and robotics sectors. We're seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage financial operations in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll manage both AP and AR functions critical to manufacturing operations. On the AP side, you'll process high-volume supplier invoices, perform three-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices, resolve discrepancies and pricing issues, prepare weekly payment runs, monitor AP aging, and support month-end accrual activities while maintaining vendor records and compliance. On the AR side, you'll generate accurate and timely customer invoices across multiple value streams, apply customer payments, work with Customer Service and Sales teams to resolve billing disputes, and support collection activities. Beyond traditional duties, you'll partner with manufacturing, planning, purchasing, and operations teams to resolve transactional discrepancies, research inventory and production-related financial variances, and maintain internal controls. You'll play a key role in month-end close activities, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing transaction data, generating reports, and supporting internal and external audits. You'll bring an Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or equivalent) plus 1-3 years of hands-on AP, AR, or general accounting experience. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel is essential, along with proven ability to process high transaction volumes with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, experience supporting multiple facilities, familiarity with Infor CloudSuite/Syteline, or manufacturing background is a plus. You're detail-oriented with strong analytical and reconciliation skills, possess a customer service mindset, manage competing priorities effectively, think critically about process improvements, and excel as both an independent contributor and collaborative team member.
