Salary: USD 65,000 - 80,000 / annual
Velaura is building next-generation compute technology for cloud, edge, and Physical AI, enabling robots, autonomous systems, drones, and intelligent machines to operate efficiently. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage full-cycle AP activities and purchase order administration, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payments, and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities include processing invoice vouchers and verifying them against purchasing documents; preparing accurate weekly payment batches; maintaining payment schedules and AP aging reports; contacting vendors to obtain required documentation (W-9s, banking details); processing employee expense reports; maintaining vendor and merchant account information; and managing purchase order records and communication with departments regarding PO status.
You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring strong attention to detail, proficiency with NetSuite and Microsoft Office, solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent organizational skills. The role demands effective communication, both written and oral, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working independently and collaboratively.
