The Finance Team at LEAP drives strategic and sustainable growth through financial insight and judgment. As an Accounts Officer reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, you will support the broader business through a range of accounting responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: processing debtor payments and resolving customer account queries in Accounts Receivable; assisting with billing processes and processing new business and renewal contracts in the Zuora billing system; processing subscription amendments and maintaining documentation; investigating and resolving customer invoicing queries; identifying causes and solutions for account discrepancies in collaboration with other departments; assisting with overdue debt collection; processing receipts and allocating them to correct debtor accounts; coordinating between Accounts Receivable and Collections teams; supporting ad-hoc Accounts Payable tasks using Lightyear and Expensify; and gaining exposure to reporting systems like NetSuite. You will bring strong time management, applied learning ability, clear communication skills, high work standards, and relationship-building capabilities.
