Salary: USD 141,000 - 144,000 / annual

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team in New York City. This role offers the opportunity to work with a world-class organization that is redefining security for the AI era. Key Responsibilities: - Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Prepare, review, and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial variances - Assist in preparation and review of management reports - Drive improvements in closing timeline and process to enhance efficiency and accuracy - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accuracy and completeness of financial data - Review AP transactions for accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation - Review Expensify reports and expense management - Work with external auditors and consultants during interim and annual audits - Assist in tax filings and registrations - Support ad hoc accounting and finance-related projects as needed Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (or equivalent experience) - 6+ years of accounting experience - Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a fast-paced environment - Excellent Excel and Office skills - Strong organizational skills with highest standards of accuracy and precision - Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities Desired Qualifications: - Experience with NetSuite ERP system The role is hybrid with a preference for candidates located in NYC who can come into the office 2-3 days per week.
