MyRobin.ID is Indonesia's leading on-demand platform for pre-screened blue-collar workers offering short- and long-term staffing solutions. We are seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our financial operations and accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and review daily, weekly, and monthly accounting transactions and journal entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Prepare and review manual journal entries, account reconciliations, and adjustments required for accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor accounting processes and internal controls to ensure transactions are properly recorded and financial data is reliable.
- Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and accurate financial operations.
- Support internal and external reporting, audit processes, and provide financial data and analysis as required.
- Identify process improvements and ensure accounting procedures are efficient, accurate, and aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support the Accounting Manager in managing day-to-day accounting operations and other financial initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5–7 years of accounting experience, including supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliation, and internal controls.
- Proven experience supervising, mentoring, and developing an accounting team.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of accounting standards and applicable tax and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage tight deadlines.
Preferred:
- Experience in outsourcing, manpower, staffing, workforce management, or Workforce-as-a-Service (WaaS) companies.
