Crafty is a workplace food & beverage platform that helps companies deliver modern, comprehensive employee dining programs across 25+ global markets. The company operates a hybrid model combining vertically integrated distribution centers with third-party fulfillment partners.
You will lead accounting operations for Accounts Payable, Partner Billing, and month-end close activities. This is a people-management role overseeing a Senior Accounting Specialist and three Flatworld outsourced resources. Your core responsibilities include:
- Design and implement scalable AP and partner billing processes that support rapid growth
- Own partner billing close readiness, accounting workflow governance, and vendor/partner escalations
- Manage NetSuite data integrity, Ramp administration, and Flatworld performance
- Establish operational standards, performance expectations, and documentation across the accounting function
- Build systems of accountability: dashboards, recurring reviews, SOPs, workflow automations, exception tracking
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure accuracy and timeliness of partner disbursements
- Represent Crafty credibly in vendor, partner, and internal stakeholder conversations
The ideal candidate is an experienced accounting operator and people leader comfortable with AP details (accruals, reconciliations, close calendars, controls) and skilled at building scalable systems. You excel at process improvement, systems thinking, and creating measurable accountability. You thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can balance tactical execution with strategic process design.
