As an Accounting Associate on the Finance team, you will manage accounts payable operations and participate in month-end close processes. Your primary responsibilities include processing vendor invoices and employee reimbursements through Ramp (the AP system), managing the procure-to-pay workflow, and contributing to financial close activities. Key responsibilities: - Manage the procure-to-pay process in Ramp, including new purchase requests, vendor agreement documentation, and renewal notifications - Support employee reimbursement programs and expense management initiatives - Develop and maintain payroll analytics and reporting for stakeholders - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes - Prepare bank, credit card, and account reconciliations - Maintain organized financial records and provide audit support You bring a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, with 4+ years of progressive experience in payables management and month-end close. Advanced Excel proficiency is required. Experience with Ramp or similar AP/expense management platforms is preferred. You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, data-driven problem-solving, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly. Bonus qualifications include experience scaling payables operations in high-growth fintech environments, knowledge of RIA compensation models and regulatory requirements, SOX compliance and internal controls experience, or CPA certification and Big 4 firm background.
