Entyre is a progressive, high-growth healthcare startup focused on personal care services and homecare advancement. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our accounting team and support daily operations while ensuring financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries with accuracy and compliance
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting controls
- Identify and recommend process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience (public accounting experience a plus)
- Solid understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Accounts Receivables
Preferred Skills:
- CPA or working toward CPA certification
- Knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel functions
- Industry-specific experience
