Salary: USD 26,200 - 58,950 / annual

The Finance team covers Tax, Accounting, Treasury, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, and M&A, with a focus on maintaining healthy finances and supporting the company's growth across multiple continents.
As an Accountant, you will join the Finance, Tax & Accounting team and be responsible for core accounting operations including posting transactions in SAP, closing and reconciling sub-ledgers (AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank, Intercompany), and recording/reconciling payroll across various countries. You will support month-end and year-end close processes, perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and contribute to variance analysis preparation.
Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements (VAT returns, statutory financial documents, CIT returns, and other filings), performing financial analysis, and supporting statutory close and financial statement preparation. You will work with little supervision in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
Required qualifications include post-qualification accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and demonstrated experience with core finance systems (SAP or similar preferred). You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and fluent in written and spoken English. Strong attention to detail, financial analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential. The role requires EMEA timezone availability and emphasizes automation and AI capabilities as core competencies.
