Marble is building the authorization layer for protected information—infrastructure that enables secure, compliant access to regulated data like health records, insurance, identity, and legal information. The company operates two main products: Medchart (a medical record request and release platform built on patient consent) and Settlit (which provides US personal injury and mass-tort law firms compliant access to health and claims data). Marble is expanding this consent-driven network across regulated industries.
You'll join as an Accountant reporting to the Finance Manager, owning day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable across Canadian and US operations. From day one, you'll take real ownership of the processes that drive faster, more accurate month-end closes and provide better financial data for company decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily bookkeeping and transaction reconciliations
- Overseeing AR/AP processes for both Canadian and US entities
- Contributing to month-end close procedures
- Building out reporting capabilities as the role grows
- Taking on end-to-end ownership of US accounting operations
This is a growth opportunity: as you demonstrate capability, the role expands to include broader financial reporting and US accounting leadership. You'll work directly with finance leadership and have visibility into how your work impacts company operations and decision-making.
