You will own the complete sales cycle for SME accounts across the EMEA territory, driving new logo acquisition, renewals, and revenue growth. Your responsibilities include: • Managing the full sales journey from lead follow-up through contract negotiation and closure • Proactively prospecting and targeting high-potential SME accounts to build a robust outbound pipeline • Delivering tailored product demonstrations that showcase Kpler's value in solving supply chain, maritime, and commodity market challenges • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Market Analysts, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales Operations to gather market feedback and drive platform improvements • Maintaining accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts while responding promptly to prospect and client inquiries Kpler values decisive action, collaborative problem-solving, and a customer-centric approach. You'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your insights directly influence product development and business strategy. REQUIREMENTS: Must-haves: • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in account management, direct sales, or business development within technology, SaaS, or data/analytics environments • Proven track record of pipeline generation, conducting product demos, managing trial periods, and closing new business at or above quota • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with a proactive "hunter" mindset, strong negotiation abilities, and high self-motivation in fast-paced environments Nice-to-haves: • Prior exposure to or familiarity with maritime, shipping, or global commodities markets • Hands-on experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Fluency in additional European languages
