Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive preventive medicine through award-winning whole-body MRI screening clinics. The company operates clinics across North America (Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, Chicago, Atlanta) with expansion planned for the next two years.
You will join the Physician Partnerships Sales Team as an Account Manager based in Las Vegas, Nevada or Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a hunter-and-farmer role where you own the complete physician relationship lifecycle: prospecting and signing new referral partners while simultaneously growing and retaining existing partnerships in your assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively prospect and identify new physician and provider targets within your territory
- Build and manage a robust pipeline through outbound outreach, cold calling, and in-person networking
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through signed partnership and onboarding
- Manage and grow an existing book of physician partnerships in parallel with new-partner acquisition
- Design and execute territory strategies balancing new-partner acquisition with expansion of referral volume from current partners
- Consistently meet or exceed targets for new partnerships signed and total referral volume
- Lead regular check-ins and business reviews with existing physician partners to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the company at industry conferences, medical society events, and networking functions
- Provide strategic insights to internal teams to enhance sales and partnership efforts
- Maintain pipeline and account hygiene in Salesforce with rigorous activity and relationship tracking
- Adhere to sales and pricing guidelines while maintaining ethical standards
Travel expectations: Daily travel within assigned territory to visit clinics and accounts; up to 30% overnight travel for regional meetings, conferences, and multi-day territory coverage.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or healthcare provider sales, ideally within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics
- Demonstrated track record of both winning new business and growing existing accounts
- Hunter-and-farmer mindset: self-directed, competitive, and resilient in prospecting while attentive and consistent in nurturing long-term relationships
- Strong cold-calling, prospecting, and territory-planning skills
- Excellent consultative selling, relationship management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices
- Business acumen and proficiency with technology
- Experience using CRM software; Salesforce preferred
- Nice to have: Understanding of preventive healthcare and MRI technology
