Salary: GBP 35,000 - 44,000 / annual

As an Account Manager based in Nottingham, you will own relationships with key schools, helping them optimize their hiring processes and reduce recruitment costs. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role that combines outbound business development with account management and customer success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with school leaders and decision-makers
- Leading schools through recruitment processes with a consultative approach
- Conducting outbound calls to generate pipeline and support existing accounts
- Collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to deliver exceptional school experiences
- Sourcing and matching teachers to school needs
- Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights with the product team
- Supporting operational teams to resolve complex bookings and logistics
- Contributing to team initiatives to improve pipeline development
A typical week involves conversations with headteachers about cost savings, teacher sourcing and matching, account expansion follow-ups, product feedback sessions, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets or achieving similar KPIs
- Confidence making outbound calls, handling objections, and building trust quickly

- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required for client site visits)
- Preference for candidates living in or near Nottingham, or willing to relocate
- Passion for social impact and education (preferred but not required)
