Enpal, Europe's first green unicorn and a leading renewable energy company, is seeking an Account Manager for the Italian market based in Tirana, Albania.

Role Overview:
As Account Manager for the Italian market, you will be a primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey with Enpal. You will guide clients from contract signature through installation and post-sale activities, ensuring a positive experience via clear, professional, and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships across all post-contract phases
• Provide phone and written support, addressing customer questions, requests, and needs
• Support documentation collection and management
• Coordinate appointments and installation-related activities
• Keep customers updated on project progress
• Accompany clients through solar panel installation and post-installation activities
• Collaborate with internal departments across process phases
• Handle concerns and issues proactively with a solution-oriented approach
• Contribute to delivering high-level customer experience
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with weekends off. Standard hours are 09:00–18:00. Rotating shifts (08:00–17:00 or 11:00–20:00) occur approximately once every 6 weeks. First month is fixed 09:00–18:00.
Work Location:
Tirana, Albania (Rr. Astrit Sulejman Balluku, near Bar Sanremo, Myslym Shyri area).
