Kaseya is seeking an Account Manager to join the Commercial Business team, supporting IT departments across North America. You'll manage a portfolio of commercial accounts spanning SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, SLED (State, Local Government & Education), and Channel segments, helping customers simplify IT operations, strengthen cybersecurity, and drive business success through Kaseya's AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity platform. Key responsibilities include taking ownership of assigned accounts and proactively identifying expansion opportunities across Kaseya's solution suite. You'll build trusted relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their objectives and aligning solutions to evolving business needs. You'll develop and execute strategic account plans with regular outreach, business reviews, and proactive engagement to drive retention and growth. You'll identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities while consistently achieving revenue targets. You'll monitor customer adoption and engagement, partnering with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Marketing) to maximize customer success and long-term value. You'll maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and account activity in Salesforce. Required qualifications include 2-5+ years of account management, new client acquisition, or relationship-focused sales experience. You'll need proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive commercial outcomes, with strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A motivated, resilient, and coachable mindset with passion for continuous growth is essential. Preferred qualifications include B2B SaaS or technology sales/management experience, background supporting SMB through Enterprise and SLED segments, consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets, Salesforce or similar CRM experience, and strong analytical skills for forecasting and account planning.
