Porter's Care Guide team helps members navigate the healthcare system, secures appropriate support, and coordinates telehealth visits and in-home assessments with lab and diagnostic testing. You will join Porter's Customer Success Team as an Account Manager responsible for managing diverse clients and projects within the healthcare setting. Your day-to-day work will involve assisting in client management, collaborating with the Customer Success Team to ensure client satisfaction and project success, utilizing project management tools and processes, and working cross-functionally to deliver high-quality results. You will maintain and update project documentation and spreadsheets, serving as a detail-oriented coordinator in a fast-paced startup environment. Qualifications: - Enthusiastic and eager to leverage experience in healthcare industry project or account management - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Comfortable working with spreadsheets and data analysis, specifically Microsoft Excel and project management tools like SmartSheet - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's Degree preferred - Demonstrated intelligence and willingness to learn - Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting - Previous experience or coursework related to project management is a plus - Must have experience working with or for Health Plan Payers in Risk Adjustment or Quality within the healthcare industry
