Enpal is building an integrated platform for decentralized energy solutions, combining solar installations, battery storage, EV charging, smart meters, and heat pumps. The company's AI-powered Enpal.One platform intelligently networks thousands of systems and optimizes electricity procurement and feed-in at the energy market.
In this Account Manager role, you will acquire, manage, and develop B2B customers from the trades and crafts sector independently, both operatively and strategically. Your responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and providing solution-oriented consulting to build long-term partnerships
- Creating customized quotes, conducting price and contract negotiations, and managing the entire sales process through successful closure
- Analyzing customer needs, identifying optimization potential, and developing tailored solutions from the product and service portfolio
- Proactively collaborating with business customers using modern CRM and shop systems
- Working closely with procurement, operations, and customer success teams to ensure the best customer experience
- Contributing actively to sales team growth and building Germany's largest energy company of the 21st century

REQUIREMENTS:
- Communicative, personable, and persuasive personality with strong customer orientation
- Ideally experience in B2B sales or key account management
- Confident negotiation skills and passion for building sustainable customer relationships
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach
- High self-motivation and ambition to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of photovoltaics, heat pumps, electrical engineering, or wholesale is a plus but not required
