Logixboard, a leading digital SaaS platform in the freight forwarding space, is seeking an Account Manager to drive customer retention and revenue expansion. You will own and manage contract renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within a portfolio of 50+ customers across SMB, Mid-Market, and MM+ segments. Your responsibilities include building strong relationships with VP and Director-level stakeholders, executing structured communication and engagement strategies, and delivering strategic guidance to drive customer value and product adoption.
You will become a product expert, advising customers on how to leverage the platform to achieve their business goals, and partner with the Customer Enablement team to enhance product knowledge and improve retention. The role requires executing a complete sales motion within your existing book of business—from prospecting through closing—while maintaining an accurate pipeline in Salesforce. You'll lead executive business reviews to align on strategic goals, demonstrate value, and refine success plans, conducting regular meetings with clients for product demos and strategic discussions.
Travel is expected 1-2 times per quarter to meet customers in person and deepen relationships. You'll leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and improve daily practices beyond basic writing or research—building Gems, Projects, SlackBot integrations, and similar applications.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of Account Management or Customer Success Management experience, with SaaS experience preferred. A background in freight forwarding or logistics service provider (LSP) operations is a strong plus. You must have proven success managing 50+ customer portfolios with prioritization and tiering strategies, experience managing relationships and closing deals in remote environments, and confidence communicating with senior stakeholders on revenue topics. Strong skills in web-based product demonstrations, data interpretation, written and verbal communication, and CRM proficiency (especially Salesforce) are essential. Startup experience and adoption of AI into daily practices are valued. You should be highly coachable, curious, and committed to ongoing learning.
