Bastion provides regulated infrastructure for holding, moving, and issuing stablecoins. The platform combines custodial wallets, global payment orchestration, and stablecoin issuance, operating through regulated entities with compliance and risk controls built in.
You will own Bastion's relationships with its largest enterprise customers, from signed contract through launch and long-term growth. Your book is small and high-stakes: a handful of large enterprises and financial institutions, including Fortune 100 companies. Each program spans multiple teams, entities, and potentially regulators. You are the single point of accountability for each customer, working with executive sponsors, program managers, engineers, treasury, and compliance on their side, and across Bastion's internal teams.
Enterprise programs rarely stall on technology alone—they stall on security review, internal approvals, competing priorities, and unclear ownership. You keep them moving and turn what each customer needs into structured input for product. You work with sales and technical account managers at handoff, with product and engineering on requirements and escalations, and with legal and compliance on agreements and ongoing obligations.
First 30 days: Learn every enterprise customer and program in flight, meet stakeholders, map each program from signed contract to live volume, and unblock one stalled workstream. Outcomes include every onboarding customer having an owner, plan, and go-live date, plus a documented process identifying the biggest bottlenecks.
By 90 days: Run each program end to end—kickoff, integration support, security and compliance review, and launch. Set success criteria with executive sponsors and report against them. Run regular executive and working-level reviews. Resolve cross-functional issues. Outcomes include shorter time from signed contract to production and a health dashboard for every live customer.
By 180 days: Expand programs across business units, entities, and products with sales. Own renewals and commercial changes with legal and commercial teams. Turn recurring enterprise requests into product requirements and process improvements. Write the enterprise account playbook. Outcomes include repeatable onboarding and customer operations absorbing volume growth without matching headcount growth.
Key challenges: managing many stakeholders in one program; navigating enterprise timelines where security review and approvals often take longer than integration; accommodating customer-specific requirements while routing others into product; running compliance at every step without stalling programs; and surfacing issues early when problems reach executive visibility.
This is a startup role with a fast pace and changing priorities. People who thrive here contribute in their first week and are fully productive by month three.
