Salary: GBP 46,000 - 54,000 / annual
Airbnb's Supply Team is seeking an Account Manager to drive retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in an assigned territory. You will manage a portfolio of individual property hosts and professional host accounts, building strong relationships and helping them succeed on the Airbnb platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb
- Conducting one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations with strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality
- Securing availability during high-demand periods to maximize host revenue potential
- Educating hosts on product updates and policy changes while channeling feedback to internal teams
- Responding to host inquiries and providing timely, high-quality support
- Analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success
- Developing long-lasting relationships with hosts through tailored, ongoing support
- Supporting Market Managers on one-to-many education programs such as webinars and scaled email communication
You will focus on helping long-tail hosts thrive by optimizing their listings, improving pricing strategies, and maintaining best-in-class hospitality standards for excellent guest experiences.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support
- 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have)
- Strong time management and prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
- Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management
- Highly goal-driven with strong bias for action and persistence in facing challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage effectively via phone, email, and in-person
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly working with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus)
