We're building a founding team of Strategic Account Executives in London to drive growth with the fastest-growing AI-native companies in the world. In this role, you will own a small number of high-growth AI-native accounts end-to-end, managing the full lifecycle from initial land through expansion as customer inference spend scales. You'll lead technical evaluations and complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, working directly with founders, CTOs, and engineering leaders on their most challenging production AI problems. This is a technical sale—you'll discuss the latest open-source model releases, run multi-month evaluations alongside customer engineering teams, and pull in our applied research and infrastructure engineers to close deals. Key responsibilities include owning accounts end-to-end and driving land-expand-grow motions; leading technical evaluations and complex sales cycles from first conversation through close; building durable relationships with technical leaders and becoming a trusted voice on their model and infrastructure decisions; orchestrating internally by mobilizing applied research, engineering, and leadership to move deals and solve problems; and bringing field insights back to product to shape the roadmap. This role offers exposure to a variety of ML startups, providing unparalleled learning and networking opportunities at the frontier of AI infrastructure. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or infrastructure business, with a proven record of closing complex technical deals - Genuine depth on (or hunger for) open-source models and the AI infrastructure landscape; ability to follow model releases and hold your own with engineers - Strong technical project management skills: ability to run rigorous evaluations across multiple workstreams and keep everyone on timeline - Proven ability to sell internally—earning engineering time, aligning leadership, and getting cross-functional teams to move - Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
