Salary: EUR 80,000 - 105,000 / annual

You will join Tide's German sales team as an Account Executive focused on SME credit products through Partner Credit Services, Tide's credit marketplace. Reporting directly to the Sales Team Lead, you will manage a pre-qualified pipeline of warm leads from the CRM, guiding customers through the credit application process to close.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging and nurturing SME customers throughout the credit application journey
- Continuously processing qualified leads from CRM and other channels to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Building trust by explaining financing options from partner lenders and staying informed on market competition
- Developing deep expertise in the variety of lenders and credit products available
- Actively managing relationships and workflows with credit partner institutions
- Maintaining accurate customer data in Salesforce across all sales stages
- Sharing wins and learnings with the broader team
You bring sales passion and genuine drive to hit targets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset with focus on accuracy and execution speed. You're organized, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems quickly and pragmatically. Fluent German (negotiation-level) and good English are required.
Fintech, banking, payments, or credit experience is a plus but not required. Outbound sales or cold-calling experience is valued but the role focuses on managing warm, qualified leads.
Compensation: €80,000–€105,000 OTE plus up to 15% commission on revenue achieved.
