As an Account Executive in the SMB segment based in Atlanta, you will own the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship-building through negotiation and contract closure. Your responsibilities include:
- Own a quota-carrying territory and manage the complete sales cycle with key stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of monday.com's solutions and articulate direct ROI to customers
- Build strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize value from the platform
- Guide customers in connecting their business goals and challenges to monday.com solutions
- Serve as the escalation point-of-contact for relationship and commercial issues
- Identify and execute upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities within your book of business
- Navigate complex deals involving multiple stakeholders using a consultative selling approach
The role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in the Atlanta office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company (project management and work collaboration space experience preferred)
- Proven track record owning a book of business with focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success and overachievement in sales targets
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with a consultative approach
- Self-starter capable of working independently
- Collaborative, high-energy team player
- Strong time management, prioritization, and deadline management
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
