You will join the Small Businesses team targeting companies with 10–30 employees in tech, consulting, and business services—Alan's strongest product-market fit segment. This is a high-velocity sales role with strong conversion rates and immediate impact potential.
Your responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospection through closing
- Build and manage strategic customer relationships
- Deliver product demonstrations and guide stakeholders through evaluation
- Shape product evolution through customer insights
- Contribute to sales strategy and growth initiatives
- Collaborate within a small, high-performing team
Alan's selling approach emphasizes Smart (precise messaging and education) and Soft (tailored, high-touch strategies) methods, delivering a seamless, customer-first experience.
Beyond sales, you'll participate in broader company initiatives and contribute to improving Alan's methods and strategy. The role offers hybrid flexibility across multiple French offices (Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing the complete sales cycle (prospecting to closing); prospection is a key part of the role
- Full working proficiency in French (C2 level) and advanced English
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills
- Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospect problems
- Ability to influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- Strong collaboration and team skills
- Ability to learn quickly and make impact from day one
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, or Biarritz
- Salary range: B1–C0 level per Alan's equity framework
