ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth of its AI voice and conversational AI platform within the Federal Government sector. This is a founding sales role for the government vertical at an $11B AI company that has raised $781M and serves millions of users and thousands of enterprises including Deutsche Telekom and Meta. You will build and manage a growing portfolio of new government accounts, identifying opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise sales cycles, technical solution selling, and the ability to translate complex AI/voice technology into business value for C-suite and board-level stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: developing account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence in key verticals (healthcare, government, finance); partnering with customer success and solutions engineering on onboarding and expansion; serving as a trusted advisor educating clients on generative AI and voice interface trends; and closing seven-figure deals with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience, proven success closing large deals, deep understanding of enterprise procurement and legal processes, and experience selling technical solutions to product and engineering leaders. Passion for voice/audio AI, comfort in early-stage high-growth environments, and ability to build new playbooks quickly are essential. This is a remote-first role with flexibility across US timezones (EST, CST, PST preferred), though there is a preference for Washington DC-based candidates given the government focus.
