Salary: CAD 121,000 - 213,000 / annual

You will join the sales team as an Account Executive focused on new business acquisition in the Financial Services market. This is a full-cycle sales role where you own the end-to-end sales process within your territory, targeting hedge funds, asset managers, investment bankers, and sell-side research departments.
Your responsibilities include:
- Researching opportunities and initiating outbound prospecting across your territory
- Building and maintaining prospect relationships through cold calling and consultative engagement
- Conducting product demonstrations in a value-based sales environment
- Managing product trials and ensuring user adoption and engagement
- Forecasting accurately and developing pipeline to meet and exceed quota
- Closing new client deals and driving revenue growth
- Partnering with marketing to expand brand awareness
- Gathering market and product feedback to inform product development and strategy

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with an established customer network in Financial Services (buy-side and sell-side)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and hitting six-figure or seven-figure annual revenue goals
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling ability; ability to identify opportunities, gain access to decision-makers, and build advocacy across organizations
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Ability to build rapport quickly, maintain relationships, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Natural curiosity, quick learner, energetic and creative problem-solver
- Willingness to travel for prospect meetings as needed
- Reputation for consistent delivery, strong work ethic, and initiative
