Salonkee is the market leader for salon management software across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland, serving over 10,000 beauty and wellness businesses in seven countries. The platform provides an all-in-one solution covering appointment booking, customer management, point-of-sale, marketing, and AI-powered features. For salons, this typically reduces no-shows by 70% and cuts administrative work by 8–12 hours per week.
In this Account Executive role, you will build and own a territory in field sales. You will actively prospect salon owners in your region through cold calling, walk-ins, and social media outreach. You will conduct needs assessments on-site, deliver product demonstrations, and manage the full sales cycle from first contact through closing. You will plan your week independently with clear targets and support from your manager, who will mentor your development. You will also mentor newer team members through roleplay, shadowing, and peer knowledge-sharing.
The role offers clear advancement pathways: seniority levels are earned through performance and are achievable quickly. Team-lead positions are filled internally, with support from the Sales Manager Academy. You will receive structured onboarding and hands-on support during a ramp-up program. You will have a local team lead and colleagues in your region, so you won't start alone. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission. Additional benefits include a company car with fuel card, MacBook, iPhone, €50/month tax-free allowance via Probonio, and team events (summer festival, winter celebration, regular team formats). You will work with clear KPIs and performance transparency, flexible weekly planning, and trust-based working hours.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Comfortable being measured against KPIs and tracking your own metrics
- Ability to explain complex products clearly and persuasively
- Willingness to learn, implement feedback, and develop professionally
- Proficiency with digital tools
- Fluent German (native or near-native) and good English
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel within your region
