In this Account Executive role based in Hannover, you will drive new customer acquisition through field sales activities. Your responsibilities include:
- Planning your weekly activities flexibly and strategically to maximize sales success
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations that show how Salonkee's software simplifies salon operations and drives business growth
- Acquiring new customers through cold calling, in-person visits, and walk-in opportunities
- Collaborating with the team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that drive collective success
You will have a company vehicle for client visits and flexibility to manage your own schedule. The role offers an attractive base salary plus uncapped commission bonus, ensuring your success directly impacts your earnings. Additional benefits include team events, flexible working hours, and a monthly €50 tax-free allowance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven sales experience, particularly in customer acquisition and closing deals
- Strong passion for sales and genuine enjoyment of client interaction
- Ability to work autonomously, set clear goals, and develop smart strategies for local market establishment
- Good understanding of technical concepts and hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field sales activities
- Near-native German language proficiency and good English for client and team communication
