Salonkee is the market leader for salon management software across Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, and seven countries total. Over 10,000 beauty and wellness businesses use the all-in-one platform for appointment booking, customer management, point-of-sale, marketing, and AI features. For a typical salon, this reduces no-shows by 70% and saves 8–12 hours of administrative work per week.

- Proactive outreach to salon owners via phone, walk-ins, and social media (cold calling).
- On-site needs assessment through consultative questioning and product demonstrations showing how Salonkee simplifies daily operations.
- Full ownership of your sales funnel from first contact through deal closure.
- Self-directed weekly planning with clear targets and support from your manager.
- Knowledge sharing with new team members through role-play, shadowing, and peer exchange.
You will receive a company vehicle (including fuel card), MacBook, iPhone, structured onboarding with a ramp-up program, transparent KPIs, flexible work hours, €50/month tax-free benefits allowance, base salary plus uncapped commission, and team events. Clear advancement paths exist to senior roles, with team-lead positions typically filled from within and supported by a Sales Manager Academy.
The hiring process includes: initial screening, 30–45 minute recruiter call, video call with your future manager, a two-hour field day at the office, and a final conversation with the Head of Sales.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience with full closing responsibility across the entire sales cycle, from cold outreach to deal closure.
- Comfort being measured against KPIs; you track your own numbers closely.
- Ability to explain complex products clearly and compellingly.
- Learning mindset; you implement feedback and seek continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with digital tools.
- Fluent German (native or near-native) and good English.
- Class B driver's license and willingness to travel your region regularly.
