Salonkee is the market leader for salon management software across Luxembourg, Belgium, and Switzerland, serving over 10,000 beauty and wellness businesses across seven countries. The platform provides an all-in-one solution covering appointment booking, customer management, point-of-sale, marketing, and AI-powered features. For salons, this typically reduces no-shows by 70% and cuts administrative work by 8–12 hours per week.
In this Account Executive role, you will build and own a territory in field sales (Außendienst). You will proactively reach out to salon owners in your region via phone, in-person visits, and social media (cold outreach). You will conduct needs assessments on-site, deliver product demonstrations to show how Salonkee simplifies daily operations, and own the full sales funnel from first contact through closing. You will plan your week independently with clear targets and support from a manager who invests in your development. You will also mentor and share knowledge with new team members through role-plays, shadowing, and peer exchange.
The role offers clear career progression tied to performance, with team-lead positions typically filled from within the sales team. You will receive structured onboarding and hands-on support during a ramp-up program, transparent KPIs so you always know where you stand, and trust-based work arrangements with autonomous weekly planning. Benefits include a company car with fuel card, MacBook, iPhone, €50/month tax-free allowance via Probonio, base salary plus uncapped commission, and regular team events.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven B2B sales experience with full closing responsibility across the entire sales cycle, from cold outreach to deal closure.
- Comfort being measured against KPIs and ability to track your own numbers consistently.
- Ability to explain complex products clearly and compellingly.
- Willingness to learn, implement feedback, and develop professionally.
- Proficiency with digital tools.
- Fluent or near-native German; good English.
- Class B driver's license and enthusiasm for working in your region.
