Nory is an AI-powered restaurant management system that helps hospitality operators control margins through real-time data and predictive analytics. Fresh off a Series B led by Kinnevik, the company is scaling rapidly across Ireland, the UK, and Spain with 120+ employees.
You will join the GTM team as an Account Executive focused on landing and expanding the largest hospitality groups in the UK. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will own the entire journey from discovery through close, managing complex multi-stakeholder negotiations with enterprise and mid-market operators.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and progress a strategic pipeline of mid-market and enterprise hospitality operators
- Own the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and close
- Partner with GTM leadership to shorten sales cycles and accelerate deal velocity
- Position Nory as the operating system of choice for the largest operators
- Land mid-market and enterprise logos, then drive expansion and upsell within accounts
- Shape the playbook for how Nory wins in mid-market and enterprise SaaS hospitality sales
- Own the journey to establish Nory as the #1 platform in your market

Requirements:
- Proven mid-market and/or enterprise SaaS Account Executive success with consistent quota attainment and closed multi-stakeholder deals
- Track record selling into hospitality groups, multi-site operators, or adjacent complex verticals
- Strong consultative selling skills with ability to align executive stakeholders on value
- High resilience and drive; thrive in fast, high-pressure, high-impact environments
- Clear communicator who builds trust at C-suite level
- Bias to action with ownership mindset and ability to create clarity in ambiguity
