Salary: USD 240,000 - 240,000 / annual
CodeRabbit is the leading AI code review platform trusted by over 17,000 customers and 150,000 open-source projects, conducting 2+ million code reviews weekly. The company recently closed a $143M Series C at a $1.5B valuation and is building Agentic Change Management—a control layer for software changes created by humans and AI.
You will own a named account list in the mid-market segment, driving the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and account expansion. This is a quota-carrying role with direct revenue responsibility. You'll generate outbound pipeline, qualify opportunities, run proof-of-value engagements, and close six-figure deals. You'll deliver high-impact product demos to both technical and business stakeholders, develop business value assessments, quantify ROI, and expand usage across multiple teams within customer organizations.
Success requires becoming a product expert on CodeRabbit's offering and ecosystem, understanding the developer tools and AI landscape deeply, and serving as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders. You'll partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine sales playbooks and go-to-market strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in technical SaaS
- Proven track record generating outbound pipeline and closing six-figure deals
- Experience selling to engineering leaders (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, DevOps leaders, etc.)
- Strong technical curiosity and ability to learn complex products quickly
- Demonstrated success with multi-threaded deal management and value-based selling
- Excellent communication, organization, and ownership mindset
- Self-motivated with eagerness to acquire new skills and solve new problems
BONUS:
- Familiarity with AI, developer, and open-source technologies
- Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) companies
