Candid is reimagining orthodontics by combining clinical expertise with telehealth technology. The company empowers general dentists with tools to make clear aligner care predictable, efficient, and profitable for their practices while keeping it accessible and affordable for patients.
As an Account Executive, you'll own the Indiana territory and drive business growth through prospecting, demos, client acquisition, and account management. Your responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective dentists and practices, conducting lunch-and-learn sessions to showcase Candid's clear aligner solutions, managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, and nurturing existing relationships to identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
- Prospecting and lead generation through research, referrals, industry events, and online channels
- Organizing and conducting informative lunch-and-learn presentations for dental practices, highlighting clinical and financial value
- Collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into signed clients and managing seamless onboarding
- Building long-term client relationships, assessing needs, addressing concerns, and identifying expansion opportunities
- Staying informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies
- Analyzing client performance data to help practices maximize their clear aligner business potential
You'll need B2B outside sales experience (ideally in clear aligners or dental/healthcare), a college degree or equivalent, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle, and comfort with both business discussions (cash flow, ROI, P&L) and clinical conversations. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google applications, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) is required. The role involves extensive travel throughout your territory, including regular overnight stays.
