Marble is building an operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform. The company addresses a critical crisis: 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide last year, driven largely by lack of access to quality, affordable care. Marble partners with school counselors to connect students to licensed therapists through existing insurance coverage, eliminating waitlists. As one of the first Account Executives on Marble's New Verticals team, you will build the healthcare go-to-market motion from the ground up. You'll own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through partner activation, turning early demand into active referral partners and creating a new growth engine for the company. Key responsibilities include: - Owning a pipeline of healthcare accounts from first outreach through ongoing referral activity - Building relationships with FQHCs, independent pediatric practices, and health systems through cold outreach, virtual meetings, and site visits - Earning trust with clinical and operational stakeholders by understanding their workflows and clearly explaining Marble's care model, outcomes, and referral process - Converting partner interest into action by securing commitments, driving initial referrals, and building sustainable referral volume - Testing new messaging, collateral, and outreach tactics to refine Marble's healthcare partnership approach - Maintaining disciplined pipeline management, prioritizing high-impact accounts, and following through reliably - Bringing field insights back to product, clinical, and leadership teams to improve provider and family support Marble is an early-stage, fast-moving team where new hires will shape how the company builds and what it builds. The role offers a greenfield opportunity to build something from scratch with leadership support and clear growth path. The team is small, experienced, and moves fast while taking the work seriously. REQUIREMENTS: - 4–7 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years owning a sales or go-to-market motion in an early-stage or similarly high-ownership environment - Carried a quota, built your own pipeline, and consistently met or exceeded targets - Directly built or helped build a sales playbook (messaging, targeting, process, follow-up) and can explain how field feedback shaped it - Build trust quickly with busy, knowledgeable stakeholders through listening, asking good questions, and tailoring approach - Persistent and organized across cold outreach, in-person visits, and follow-up, even when interest takes time to convert - Take ownership in ambiguity: when context, materials, or process are missing, you find or build what you need and keep moving - Strong plus: experience working with healthcare providers or building a provider-led, bottoms-up sales motion - Mission-driven and energized by improving access to mental health care for kids
