As an Account Executive in the Broker Channel, you will be an early member of Rippling's channel sales team, helping to shape the future of the broker partnership program. This role combines high-velocity sales execution with strategic relationship management. You will build and nurture relationships with insurance brokers, generate pipeline through partner referrals, and close enterprise deals while working closely with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and building relationships with insurance brokers
- Building pipeline through referrals from broker partners
- Managing pipeline in Salesforce to forecast revenue accurately
- Running sales calls with product demos and presentations
- Closing business and achieving quota attainment consistently
- Becoming a product expert across the Rippling platform and understanding the competitive landscape
- Collaborating with the CSM team on customer transitions
- Taking partners to events (golf, dinners, sporting events, concerts, etc.)
Rippling values in-office collaboration. For employees within 40 miles of an office, working in-office at least three days per week is expected.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in SaaS B2B markets
- Experience carrying $650K+ annual quota
- Proven track record of success (top 10% of sales organization)
- Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or security-related products preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
