Grover is Europe's leading tech subscription platform, founded in 2015. The company enables consumers and businesses to subscribe to over 1,000 tech devices—from smartphones and laptops to wearables and full corporate device setups—on flexible terms. Grover refurbishes and recirculates returned devices, pioneering the circular economy and reducing e-waste.
The B2B division is Grover's fastest-growing segment, offering companies a way to equip teams with technology without capital expenditure, long depreciation cycles, or disposal concerns. This is an early-stage, high-impact opportunity to shape how B2B sales operates at a scaling company.
You will report to the B2B Team Lead and work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success. You own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure. Typical deal sizes range from €2,000 to €25,000, with sales cycles typically lasting one week to one month.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and own your pipeline through outbound, LinkedIn, phone, email, and your network (no SDR team currently exists).
- Close deals from first contact through signature, managing the complete sales cycle independently.
- Consult with decision-makers in IT, Finance, HR, and Operations at SMEs and mid-market companies, starting with how they currently buy, finance, and manage device lifecycles.
- Negotiate price, contracts, timing, and procurement terms to find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene in HubSpot, ensuring your pipeline reflects reality and your forecast is always explainable.
- Develop accounts post-close by supporting implementation and expansion, feeding insights back to the team to improve pitch and pricing.
The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the Berlin office (Tuesday–Thursday). You will work in a 75+ nation team in Berlin-Schöneberg.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with full sales cycle ownership and closing responsibility.
- Demonstrated track record: you can articulate your quota, where you landed, and what made the difference.
- Hunter mentality: you build your own pipeline rather than waiting for leads.
- Commercial acumen: you identify genuine potential early and invest your time accordingly.
- CRM discipline, preferably with HubSpot or Salesforce.
- German language at C1 level and very strong English (German with customers, English within the team).
- Plus (not required): SaaS, subscription, or tech sales experience; SME/mid-market sales; or scale-up experience in early-stage sales processes.
