As an Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth across North America by selling Sylvera's enterprise and mid-market solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, developing outbound strategies to build pipeline, and establishing relationships with multiple stakeholders within target accounts. You'll become a technical expert on Sylvera's offerings, provide market feedback to the product team, and help customers solve fundamental challenges in carbon markets.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of closing experience selling complex, subscription-based solutions (SaaS or similar) as a top performer who consistently meets and exceeds quota. You should have prior experience selling sustainability solutions in North American markets with an existing network in the space. You are trained in best-in-class sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Jolt, Command of the Message, or similar) and bring a creative, hunter mentality to pipeline generation. You are highly curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to learn and be coached. Travel for prospect visits and industry events is required. Above all, you care deeply about climate and want to direct investment toward real climate impact.
