POSH is a platform enabling anyone to build and monetize in-real-life (IRL) communities based on shared interests. The company has grown to 70 team members, 10M+ users, $70M in venture funding, and facilitated over $400M in transactions in 6 years.
As an Account Executive on the Partnerships team, you will own the full sales cycle for acquiring event organizers who bring new events and GMV to the platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Source and close new organizers across nightlife, festivals, and live events end-to-end
- Build pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, networking events, and referrals
- Run live product demos and negotiate contract terms
- Forecast deal stage, probability, and timeline with rigor to inform business planning
- Coordinate handoffs with Customer Success and Account Management post-close
- Bring client feedback to Product and Marketing to shape roadmap
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
Success is measured by two metrics: organizers activated and GMV grown under them. The role emphasizes speed, volume, and sharp qualification alongside relationship-building. You'll report to the Head of Sales and work in-person 5 days per week at the SoHo, NYC headquarters, with approximately 10% travel to industry events and customer sites.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of sales or prospecting experience with a track record of top performance
- Proven success running outbound and closing high-velocity deal cycles
- Strong negotiation and contract experience
- Ability to manage a pipeline with rigor
- Excellent presentation skills; can run a live demo that converts
