You will own the full sales cycle for enterprise customers, from qualified opportunity through close. This includes discovery conversations, product demos, proposal creation, negotiation, and procurement navigation. You'll work closely with LiteLLM's founders, technical team, and existing sales colleagues to win large enterprise deals and help establish a repeatable, scalable sales motion.
Key responsibilities include managing qualified opportunities from discovery through contract close; consistently meeting or exceeding your ARR quota; navigating technical evaluations, security reviews, and procurement processes for enterprise deals; maintaining an accurate pipeline with clear next steps and forecasts; refining discovery, demos, messaging, and deal processes as the sales team grows; gathering and communicating customer objections, product requests, and market feedback to product and engineering teams; and ensuring smooth handoffs to the post-sales team for customer onboarding and success.
This is an early-stage environment where you'll help build sales processes from the ground up while driving revenue growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2–4+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech startups
- Experience selling to regulated industries (insurance, financial services) is a strong plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to tailor messaging to diverse buyer personas
- Self-starter mentality; thrives in early-stage environments and excited to build sales processes from scratch
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple opportunities through various pipeline stages
- Comfortable with CRM tools, sales automation platforms, and fast-paced, feedback-driven culture
