Qualtrics is seeking an Account Executive to join its Account Management Organization in Dallas. You will manage a broad book of business (30-35 clients) focused on growth and expansion within the Qualtrics Experience Management SaaS platform. Your role balances hunting for new opportunities and deepening strategic relationships with existing clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of accounts with emphasis on expansion and new business discovery
- Building deep, strategic relationships with clients by understanding their core needs
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Professional Services, Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts to align solutions with client requirements
- Staying current on solution offerings and competitive landscape to develop effective proposals and pricing strategies
- Executing systematic contract negotiations and multi-account management to achieve win-win outcomes
- Traveling 1-3 times per quarter for in-person client engagement

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of successful individual sales experience with at least 1 year in a closing role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota; Presidents Club or equivalent achievements preferred
- Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology and Salesforce.com or comparable CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt, with examples of overcoming skill gaps through manager collaboration
- Willingness to travel 1-3 times per quarter for client meetings
- Strong curiosity, coachability, grit, and work ethic
- Business acumen with capability to understand client structures and dynamics
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence and build trust across stakeholders at multiple levels
