Coupa is seeking an Account Development Representative (ADR) to join its APAC sales team based in Sydney. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying pipeline across Australia and the wider APAC region, serving as the first point of contact for enterprise prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and nurture both inbound leads and targeted outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline
- Engage with key decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and position Coupa's spend management solutions effectively
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to develop and execute strategies for penetrating high-value target accounts
- Use Salesforce (SFDC) and modern sales engagement tools to manage leads, track activities, and document prospect interactions
- Continuously develop knowledge of Coupa's product offerings and competitive landscape to consult prospects with confidence

Requirements:
- 1–2+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, SaaS sales, or similar customer-facing role
- Customer-centric mindset with drive to hit and exceed targets
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills; ability to build rapport quickly over phone, video, or email
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or similar modern CRMs
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Solid understanding of the Australian business landscape
