Frontera is a healthtech company building AI-powered tools to improve behavioral health care delivery for children with autism and other behavioral health needs. The company combines evidence-based clinical practices with technology to expand access to high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy.
This role owns full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Technician (BT) and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions across Frontera's established markets in the Southwest. You'll report to the Talent Lead and work alongside a recruiter focused on emerging markets. This is a high-volume recruiting role where every hire directly impacts patient care—each RBT hired enables a child to start or continue therapy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end recruiting for BT/RBT roles: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff
- Scale and refine existing sourcing channels and candidate pipelines on platforms like Indeed
- Maintain high volume of active requisitions while balancing speed and quality in a fast-moving talent market
- Travel periodically to New Mexico to build local relationships and stay connected to market conditions
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clinical leaders, BCBAs, and current RBTs to understand hiring needs and retention drivers
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse
- Support broader recruiting initiatives and hiring goals
You'll thrive in this role if you have 3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience (ideally healthcare or behavioral health), a proven track record of improving recruiting program speed/quality/scale, and genuine appreciation for the pace and repetition of junior-level hiring. You should be comfortable with sourcing tools like Indeed and applicant tracking systems, have strong communication and organizational skills, and bring a compassionate, people-first mindset to candidate interactions.
