Innovaccer is a leading healthcare technology company focused on digital transformation across the healthcare ecosystem. The company's Flow Solution is a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) platform helping health systems, medical groups, and specialty practices modernize financial operations, reduce denials, and maximize reimbursement. You will lead the strategic expansion of Innovaccer's Flow (RCM) business across enterprise healthcare accounts. Working directly with C-level stakeholders (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Revenue Cycle leaders), you will drive large-scale RCM transformation initiatives and build trusted partnerships with leading healthcare organizations. Key responsibilities include: • Own enterprise growth by identifying, shaping, and closing large transformation opportunities with health systems, MSOs, and provider networks • Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, helping them optimize financial performance and operational efficiency through Innovaccer's RCM capabilities • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Solution Consulting teams to align the Flow Solution with customer goals and enterprise challenges • Design RCM transformation roadmaps, create ROI models, and guide organizations through implementation and adoption • Lead executive-level deal discussions, structure partnerships, and drive revenue growth • Represent Innovaccer at executive briefings, industry events, and customer innovation sessions • Mentor and guide solution specialists, consultants, and solution engineers to strengthen delivery capability and client impact • Bring market insights back to inform product direction, pricing, and go-to-market strategy You will combine deep healthcare revenue cycle expertise with strategic problem-solving and commercial acumen in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. REQUIREMENTS: • 7–12+ years of experience in consulting, healthcare revenue cycle management, or digital transformation roles • Proven track record of driving growth and leading large-scale RCM transformation programs within provider or health system environments • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle operations—including charge capture, claims, denials, A/R management, and financial analytics • Strong executive presence and ability to engage C-suite stakeholders (CFO, COO, CIO, Revenue Operations leaders) • Demonstrated success in solution-driven enterprise sales or consulting engagements focused on financial performance improvement • Excellent storytelling, analytical, and commercial acumen—able to link technology and workflow automation to measurable business value • Hands-on, collaborative leadership style suited to a fast-paced, startup-like environment • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred
